During the past couple months, while some people have been binge watching tiger king, another innovative individual has been spending their time socially distancing themself and letting their creative vibes unleash. Phil Coupet, a Cocoa Beach artist who would normally be inking up his customers at the world famous Endless Summer Tattoo shop has took to the streets to paint one of a kind murals for his local community. From giant octopuses covering normally mundane concrete walls, to a machine gunning mermaid hell bent on destruction. Phil has truly taken this time to exhibit his natural talent to bring light in a time that might seem a little uncertain at times.
