Where are you from? West Coast CA—>AZ

How long have you been bartending? On and off for 14 years.

What’s the best part of the job?You never know who’s going to walk through the doors, an old friend or celebrity.

The worst?Probably the late hours.

What is your drink of choice?Fireball.

Can you recommend a hangover cure?Although I always end up with one, water and Tylenol for me.

Most overrated drink? In “my” opinion, a dirty martini is like ringing out sweaty gym socks.

Underrated drink? Shaken Piña Colada: way easier than throwing it in a blender, especially because we don’t have one. Favorite perks of being a bartender? One of the perks is playing a role in someone’s celebration and making them just a little bit more happy at that moment.

Where do you spend your time on the other side of the bar?

I’m either Mommin’ pretty hard or napping.

Tell us a quick horror story about a bartending mistake you’ve made.

I’ve dropped a few credit cards in the trash and had to dig down to find them.

How much sexual innuendo increases your tips?

At Debauchery, 100%

What would you order for your last meal?

The best sushi in the world; I hope that’s not what would kill me though lol

What is number one on your bucket list?

It’s a long list… everything from a hot air balloon rides to seeing the world, but I would love to do it all with my family.

What’s the strangest thing to happen while on the job?

So many strange things, but whenever you catch someone having sex that’s a pretty big shocker.

What have you drank so much of you swear you’d never drink again?

Tequila and fireball, but I still drink them!

If you could serve any celebrity, dead or alive, who would it be and what would you serve them?

Paul Walker, champagne… candlelight

What is your biggest pet peeve while tending bar?

Either when the tipsy patron asks over and over again if they paid their tab, or more annoyingly they leave without paying the tab.

Who are the best tippers?

100% other service industry employees. We have an unspoken respect for one another.

Words of wisdom?

Someone very close to me always says, “If you ain’t having fun it’s your own damn fault!” I like that!
