For over 15 years, The Beachside Resident has been more than just the finest pulp on the Space Coast. We offer a platform for businesses and organizations to connect with the people that live, work, play, and stay beachside. Whether it’s for a lifetime, a season, a week or an afternoon, when people come here they want to learn about our culture. We couldn’t have done this without the support of our community. Join us as we celebrate publishing over 15 years of stories about the beach. There will be fun for the whole family. There will be a Magazine Cover Model Contest (Reserve your VIP Seats) LIVE runway show. A Reggae Dance Party hosted by Ink Master Mark Longenecker of Endless Summer Tattoo. The Strongbacks will open for Coastal Breed “Listen Up” Album Release Party and we will close the night out with a live performance from Coastal Breed!
